TA2LE’s journey in amateur radio began in childhood, inspired by the passion of his father, Halit Yetkin, TA1HY (SK). After acquiring a Class A license in 1990, he immersed himself in HF operations, dedicating countless hours to shortwave communication. Over the years, TA2LE has become a key contributor to the radio community, helping others learn and grow in their amateur radio pursuits.
With decades of experience, TA2LE has established himself as a trusted resource for both seasoned operators and newcomers alike. His story is a testament to the enduring love for radio and the spirit of community within this vibrant field.
Professional Profile :
I graduated with honors from Marmara University in Electronics and Communications Engineering and with high honors from Atatürk University in Emergency & Disaster Management. Alongside my formal education, i completed various trainings and obtained certifications in areas such as Tens of Telecom & IT, Digital Assets & Blockchain, GDPR, Conflict Management, Stress Management, Strategic Management, Leadership, and Business Administration.
Professional Experience :
With 30 years of experience in information technology and financial technology, I completed nearly 70 projects both domestically and internationally. My work includes projects for prominent institutions such as the Central Bank of Turkey Treasury Infrastructure, TEB Treasury Infrastructure, IMKB (Istanbul Stock Exchange), Yapı Kredi Bank, Vakıfbank, Garanti Bank, and Denizbank, as well as international clients like IngBank, Citibank, Credit Suisse First Boston Bank, Chase Manhattan, and Credit Agricole.
Over the past three years, I have been focused on end-to-end technical infrastructure and operations in digital banking, regulatory compliance, fraud and risk management, licensing processes, cryptocurrency platforms, and blockchain technology across the EEA (European Economic Area) and the UK. I have been instrumental in launching innovative projects.
